Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating a TUDDI account or using the TUDDI app or website, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use TUDDI.

The service

TUDDI provides tools for league organizers, coaches, players, referees, and fans to manage flag football leagues, schedules, scores, stats, pickup games, and related communications. Features may change as we improve the product.

Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. You are responsible for the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not use TUDDI to harass others, cheat, scrape data, or interfere with the service.

Leagues and organizations

Organizers control their leagues and organizations subject to these Terms. TUDDI does not guarantee that any league will fill, run on schedule, or meet a particular quality bar. Disputes between organizers, coaches, players, and referees should first be handled within that community; we may intervene when needed to protect the platform.

League fees and payments

Organizers may optionally charge registration fees through TUDDI. Those payments are processed by Stripe via Stripe Connect. The organizer is generally the merchant of record for league fees. When you pay a league fee, you are paying that organizer for participation in their league or event, not buying a digital good from TUDDI.

Platform fee. On free (non-Pro) organizer accounts, TUDDI may retain a platform fee of 2% of the organizer's payout amount, plus any small rounding residue when displayed prices are rounded up to the next whole dollar. Pro subscriptions may waive the percentage platform fee as described in-product. Stripe's processing fees still apply and are separate from TUDDI's platform fee.

Fee amounts, payment methods (such as card or bank debit), settlement timing, deposits, refunds, and payouts are shown in the app at checkout and in organizer payment tools. Bank payment may be offered as a discount off the card price; it is not presented as a card surcharge.

Organizers who connect a payout account also agree to Stripe's terms. Deleting an organization permanently disconnects that organization's payout connection; a new organization requires a new Stripe onboarding.

Subscriptions

Optional TUDDI Pro (or similar) subscriptions for digital features may be billed through the App Store, Google Play, or other channels we designate. League registration fees are separate and are not sold as Apple/Google in-app purchases.

Content and IP

You keep rights to content you submit (such as team names or photos), and you grant TUDDI a license to host and display that content as needed to operate the service. TUDDI's name, branding, and software remain ours.

Disclaimers

TUDDI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TUDDI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You may stop using TUDDI at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for other users or the platform.

Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version on this page. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
